Price and availability come up on nearly every call, so they get the first answers. Neither carries fine print.
What does a call out cost?
Nothing at all, because every job begins with a $0 call out, so the only money you spend is on the work you have approved in writing beforehand.
How does the quote process work?
You get the price in writing before a tool comes out of the van, then approve it and we start, or we shake hands and leave with nothing owed.
Is same-day work possible?

Why the housing age matters so much
The pre-1940 cottages and mid-century homes around the old grid were plumbed when galvanised steel and salt-glazed earthenware were standard. That steel has furred inside over the decades, and the ceramic drains sit in reactive clay.
